Research Training is aimed at Executive Search companies who wish to either have their Research Staff (new hires and established Research teams) trained in Research Techniques or to improve their Consultants' understanding of the Research process.

Courses available: 1 or 2 day introductory or in-depth courses in Executive Research, plus refresher courses for previous attendees.

Research Training involves:

Understanding principles of good Executive Search Research, Understanding Job/Search profiles, Desk Research - where and how to obtain information without actively calling in, Target Lists, Identification - researching department and reporting structures and identifying candidate names, and Direct Approach of potential candidates, hands-on approach including role play, practical exercises and tips.
